By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws. Certain features may require additional verification.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Loyalty Points Program

  • Points are promotional and have no cash value unless explicitly stated by a marketplace or merchant.
  • Earning and redemption rules are set by participating marketplaces/merchants and may vary.
  • Points may be adjusted or reversed for returns, fraud, or errors.
  • Points may expire based on program rules; expiration details will be shown in the app where applicable.

5. Payment & Multi-Card Support

Supported payment cards are tokenized via partners. You authorize us and our partners to process transactions necessary to award or redeem points. We do not store full card numbers.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the loyalty program.
  • Interference with security features or unauthorized access.
  • Violations of laws or third-party rights.

7. Offers & Merchants

Offers are provided by participating marketplaces and merchants, subject to their terms, availability, and eligibility criteria. We are not liable for the goods or services provided by merchants.

8. Communications

By enabling notifications (e.g., WhatsApp/SMS/email), you consent to receive transactional and, where permitted, marketing messages. You can change preferences in the app.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wefer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for merchant offerings. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to the Services

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through the app or other reasonable means.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, fraud, or unlawful activity. You may stop using the Services at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction specified in your marketplace agreement or, if none, our primary place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
